You’ll work closely with Directors and Clients to:

Structure tax affairs more effectively

Uncover opportunities through financial analysis and advisory

Provide commercial insights that help businesses grow

Deliver cash flow, budgeting and forecasting support

Solve complex business and tax issues with a practical, "Think Different" approach

Use AI-powered processes that streamline your accounting tasks - saving you time, reducing errors, and allowing you to focus on what matters most: Your clients!

What you’ll bring:

CA/CPA qualified

Strong technical grounding in taxation, paired with a commercial mindset that asks "why not?" instead of defaulting to "no", bringing fresh perspectives to complex client challenges.

5+ years’ Australian experience in Business Services and Tax

A desire to go deeper with clients and deliver advisory and strategic input

Exceptional communication skills and an interest in mentoring junior staff

Strong software skills (Xero, MYOB, APS, etc.) and a commitment to best practice

Chasing errors from offshore teams

Getting stuck in the grind of never-ending compliance

Working with outdated systems or poor processes
