The Opportunity:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and resolving queries
• Assist with payroll, superannuation, BAS, tax, and related tasks
• Adhoc administrative and leave cover support where required
• Liaise with external and internal staff and key clients
• Assist with annual budget planning and review
• End-of-month reports, bank and accounts reconciliations, cash flow monitoring and forecasting

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 2+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper within the engineering sector - Relevant experience from other construction industries considered
• Proficient in both Accounts Payable - Receivable and end-to-end Payroll functions
• A proactive and enthusiastic team player with a warm and approachable demeanor
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
