We’re on the lookout for someone to join our team at Helloworld Travel Browns Plains & Flagstone as a multi-site Store Manager.

Both stores are newly refurbished and primed for the right leader to really take them to the next level.

You’ll be tapping into your established leadership skills to lead a mix of experienced & new consultants, whilst utilising your experience & business acumen in running successful leisure travel agencies to drive both stores to reach their full potential.

What We’re Looking For
An experienced Store Manager/Team Leader who can hit the ground running and lead from the front, with proven sales results by servicing your own customers bookings.

Proven people development & coaching skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset, proven business acumen in how to grow both stores into profitable stores, that are highly regarded by their local community clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead the team with a variety of hands-on leadership tasks, including:

Lead, coach & inspire a team of travel consultants, across two sites.

Performing 1:1’s with team members, rostering of stores and working with the Area Leader on team recruitment & performance issues.

Meeting store target expectations and identifying opportunities to exceed them further eg Local Store Marketing activities.

Maintaining an overall positive office environment

In addition to your consulting tasks of:

Promoting holiday packages, flights, tours, cruises, insurance and more

Helping customers face-to-face and online with new enquiries, quotes and itinerary changes

Making bookings using various systems (GDS, B2B & mid-office systems)

Processing payments, managing supplier communication, and keeping every detail on track

Confidently cross-sell or upsell travel options

This is a full-time role across a 5-day roster, including occasional Saturday mornings on rotation in the future.
