The Opportunity: We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Team Leader to join our growing team at our Rocklea and Acacia Ridge warehouses. This is your chance to lead and develop a team, ensuring the efficient and safe processing of raw materials and finished goods. You’ll play a critical role in bridging the production team and our customers, ensuring their expectations are not just met but exceeded.

What You’ll Do:

Lead a dedicated team, ensuring products are picked accurately and on time.

Organise staffing and schedules to meet customer outcomes.

Ensure team members are well-trained and informed about SOPs.

Drive improvements in quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

Maintain warehousing equipment and ensure inventory accuracy.

Contribute to a positive team culture by motivating and leading by example.

Continuously challenge processes to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce waste.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience in warehouse management and supply chain principles.

Forklift certification and a safe driving record.

Familiarity with ERP and stock management systems.

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

A collaborative and proactive leadership style that encourages team success.
