We are expanding and this time to Grand Central Toowoomba! We’re looking for a standout Store leader to take the reins. We’re searching for an experienced, inspiring Store Manager to launch our brand new boutique, lead with purpose, and deliver the unforgettable Orange Sherbet experiences Toowoomba’s been waiting for.

This is not just another store manager role

This is your opportunity to take ownership of a brand new store launch, build a positive and empowered team culture, and lead with purpose. As Store Manager you will be running the floor, coaching your team, connecting with our beautiful customers, and making every shopping moment one to remember.

*Roster: Full-time, Tuesday to Saturday.

You’ll be a standout if you have:

2+ years in a leadership or management role in retail

A strong track record of smashing sales targets and KPIs

Natural leadership skills and a passion for team development

An eye for detail and a love of visual merchandising

A warm, customer first approach with a drive to create memorable service
