About the Roles

Team Leader – Enquiries Team (Full Time)

We’re seeking a proactive, KPI-driven leader with excellent communication and organisational skills to oversee our Enquiries team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and delegate daily enquiry workloads

Conduct call coaching and quality monitoring

Track and report on KPIs

Maintain CRM systems and processes

Support clinics with booking management

Oversee rostering and staff management

Desired Skills:

Strong knowledge of the dental industry (preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

Proficient in computer systems and CRMs

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Entry-Level Enquiries Agents
