As a Customer Service Consultant, your main responsibility will be to manage and route incoming insurance claims calls, determining the appropriate team with which to assign them based on the claim type and its complexity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of calls within designated queues.
• Identify and direct calls based on the claim type and complexity.
• Navigate between different department queues including broker, consumer, dealer and finance institutions claims.
• Manage multiple computer systems in an efficient and effective manner.
• Deliver a high level of customer service.

What We're Looking for in You

• Experience in a call centre or high volume customer service environment is ideal.
• Experience within a financial services environment is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High degree of attention to detail and ability to work with multiple protocols.

Start date: ASAP
