We are looking for a person to start immediately as a Team Leader in one of our production departments. The position is in our day shift (7:00am-3:06pm) for Monday to Friday with Saturday overtime regularly available through the busy seasons.

The position of Team Leader is to provide effective team leadership to the production team, ensuring production targets, safety, SOP, and quality requirements or standards are followed, met and maintained.

• Be physically fit and able to lift, push and pull at least 20 kilograms
• Be able to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Have a high level of attention to detail
• Be able to follow direction
• Have good manual handling skills

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Preparation of raw materials
• Assembly of product
• Manual handling
• Responsible use and respect of tools and machinery
• Resolving any production issues
• Keeping work area clean and maintaining safe working conditions
• Measuring team productivity
• Liaising with other team leaders to ensure effectiveness on product and manufacturing changes

Training will be provided on the job. You will be provided with ongoing training and support to ensure you have the skills and ability to complete your work.
