ABOUT THE POSITION

You will work alongside an experienced team comprising of Site Supervisors and will report to Project Managers as well as other consultants, stakeholders & the executive team. You will work on a range of commercial projects. You will need to have the experience to be able to drive and deliver projects autonomously, whilst reporting to the Project Manager.

DUTIES.

Undertake all project and contracts administration required on the project

Deliver as per the works program

Stakeholder liaison

Managing construction risk and Manage OHS compliance and on-site including inductions.

Manage project expenditure and cash flow

Manage Sub-trades

Documentation reviews and commentary

Substantial Interstate Travel

The utilisation of the companies Project Management Software System

Reporting/communication skills (via email and the comapnies Project Management Software program) for senior management/stakeholders

The ability to think ahead when dealing with subcontractors

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

A great attitude and a natural drive to take initiative.

1+ years of Commercial Project experience or Minimum of 1 years experience as a Supervisor or be able to demonstrate similar experience

To be successful in this role you will have recent experience as a Foreman / Site Manager on Commercial Projects or Residential construction.

Positive, outgoing personality with a “can-do” attitude

Have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects An intrinsic desire to develop and succeed professionally

Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and subcontractors alike

Be able to demonstrate longevity and tenure with previous companies on your CV

Ability to hold toolbox talks and promote safe work sites

Have the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team

Ability to manage a short term construction program
