Role Overview:
As a Site Supervisor, you'll be the go-to person on-site, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule. Your expertise will help guide construction teams, maintain top-notch quality, and make sure projects are completed within budget. You’ll be working across various sites throughout Queensland, so flexibility and a bit of travel will be key. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial construction projects.
• Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site staff to maintain smooth workflows.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to keep everything on track.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is up to standard and resolve any issues.
• Communicate regularly with clients and other stakeholders to provide updates and solve any concerns.
• Keep accurate records of daily activities, including reports and timesheets.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Essential: Medium Rise Supervisor Licence (or equivalent).
• Proven experience supervising construction sites.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, site safety, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Queensland.
