We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic receptionist for a specialist surgical practice. Full time or Part time position available. As a part of this position you will be required to travel to Armidale on a weekly basis.

Dr Peter Girardi is a highly regarded Specialist General Surgeon with more than 15 years of surgical experience. Dr Girardi is dedicated to delivering advanced surgical techniques across his specific areas of interest.

About You:

Previous medical receptionist experience essential

• Proactive and energetic
• Good communication skills and time management
• Previous experience with Genie or other medical software preferred but not essential

About the role:

As a part of the role you will be the first point of contact for patients.

• The receptionist independently runs and prepares the consultation rooms
• Handle phone calls and emails
• Takes payment and processes Medicare billing
• Scanning and filing of paperwork.
