Successful candidates will have prior experience, excellent verbal and written skills, High level of understanding with Excel and PowerPoint, self-motivation, strong organization skills, and a commitment to meeting deadlines. This role is based out of the Sydney Head Office - Chatswood

To be successful in this role:

Passion for retailing

Understanding of operational processes in retail store management and setup.

Ability to Communicate over the phone &/Or Team Settings

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent Time management Skills

Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-driven.

Strong customer relationship management skills.

Core Responsibilities:

Maintaining current customer base

Working as a support Retail development manager to our infield team

Onboarding of New Customers by way or Phone &/or Teams

Planning and adhering to journey plan schedules.

Monthly Analysis of Reporting

Achieving company KPIs.

Instore Support

Working with Supply partners to ensure alignment to Business

Key Competencies:

Executing and Delivering Business Results from an office-based environment

Business Acumen – understanding of basic retail financials i.e. income and expense / ROI / GP$ and % calculations

Implementation of Company Direction

Communication – customers, suppliers, management, infield teams

Customer Orientation

Advanced computing skills – Microsoft Office / Outlook / PowerPoint / Excel

Competency in communicating effectively to all levels of management and internal teams

Being able to develop & execute plans by way of phone &/or Teams setting
