Service Manager | OSHC | $101K Package | Lower North Shore

If you’re ready to lead without being left to do it all alone, this is your opportunity. Join a well resourced, not-for-profit Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) as a Service Manager in a shared leadership model.
You’ll bring your strengths in compliance, systems, and reporting to complement an experienced leader focused on programming and relationships.

About the Role:
This is a full-time leadership role with purpose and support. You’ll take charge of the operational side of a high-capacity, not-for-profit OSHC service, working closely alongside the team and leads on programming and relationships. You’ll complement each other’s strengths and ensure the service thrives from both sides - quality care and seamless systems.

About the Service:
- Service caters to around 200 children.
- Large, well resourced service on school grounds.
- Facilities include own office + shared use of school/hall, however spans across several key school facilities giving room for children to have their space and create more meaningful program experiences.
- Strong community connections + structured leadership
- It’s a dynamic environment with the support of a not-for-profit provider committed to doing good well.
- You'll step into a service ready for leadership that balances quality, structure, and people-first thinking.
About You:
- Comfortable with service leadership, perhaps looking for a more supportive service / organisation, or ready to step up from an Assistant level to move forward in your career.
- Confident navigating systems, such as for CCMS (Xplor knowledge is a bonus).
- Strong in compliance knowledge, admin capabilities and team coordination.
- Collaborative, solutions-focused, and supportive.
- Certificate III or higher in Children’s Services, or willingness to obtain.
- Accredited First Aid and Child Protection.
Child Safeguarding:
Looking for an individual that will understand, adhere to, and promote The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations (the Child Safe Standards). In your position, you will help to take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people.
Child safeguarding methods for this position, include, but are not limited to:
- A NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
- Thorough screening.
- Reference checks.
- A national criminal history check.
