An established financial planning firm on Sydney’s Lower North Shore is offering a 9–12 month full-time contract for an experienced Client Services Manager. The role sits within a highly regarded advice team that delivers personalised strategies and long-term planning support to a loyal client base. There is potential for a permanent opportunity beyond the initial contract period.
The position suits someone who enjoys working closely with Advisers and clients alike and who takes pride in providing a smooth, accurate and responsive service across all aspects of the advice process.
The role is available for a full time or part time candidate. If you would like to work part time, please include the days and hours you are available in your application, it must be a minimum of 24 hours per week.
Core Responsibilities
Manage the administration of client advice, including preparation and tracking of implementation tasks
Respond to client enquiries by phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up
Liaise with Advisers, product providers and internal stakeholders to coordinate outcomes
Maintain detailed client records and manage documentation in line with compliance requirements
Assist in the preparation of client review materials and ensure meeting readiness
What Is Needed
Experience in a financial planning client service or adviser support role
Understanding of advice implementation, superannuation, investments and compliance processes
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with both clients and professionals
Comfortable managing priorities in a structured, deadline-driven environment
Proficient with financial planning software (e.g., Xplan) and standard office systems
What to Expect
