THE ROLE

The directors are looking for an individual who has the passion and drive to become an equity holder within 2-3 years.
As a manager, you will need to provide a strong consultative approach by building long term relationships with your clients. The services provided to these clients will range from bookkeeping to detailed advice on business strategy. As the manager you will oversee the provision of these services.
Some of your ongoing duties will include:

Managing a small team, reviewing their work and providing mentoring and training where required

Using your well-established technical knowledge to provide strong financial and tax expertise to clients

Identifying key areas of your clients businesses to provide tailored advice

THE INDIVIDUAL

To be a successful candidate for this role, you will be:

A CA/CPA qualified accountant with several years’ experience in Business Services within Practice

Able to demonstrate previous success in a similar managerial role

Confident prioritising, delegating and reviewing work for the team

Personable and approachable with excellent time management skills
