With 35 staff across 2 offices and an offshore team in the Philippines, this dynamic, modern firm is experiencing strong growth and can offer a senior equity/ partnership opportunities in the short to medium term for an ambitious individual.

THE ROLE

The partners are seeking a highly capable Business Services Manager or Associate Director, your duties will include:

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Oversee compliance, provide strategic advice, and identify tax-saving opportunities.

Lead a team of tax professionals and collaborate to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Stay updated on tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and advising clients.

Oversee tax provisions and financial reporting for accuracy and compliance.

Prepare and present new client engagement proposals.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for the role, you will possess the following;

Demonstrated experience in a Public Practice firm

Excellent team player, leader, mentor and coach

Proven ability to grow new and existing client relationships
