The Role

This is a hands-on Technical Training role with the objective being the training and development of the company's Mechanical staff to effectively carry out service and repairs to company produced machinery. From time-to-time working with the companies' major clients with training on newly purchased heavy equipment. The skills and abilities required to execute this position well would be- A high level of technical understanding and knowledge coupled with a very well-developed communication skills. To recognize where your audience is at, technically, then to communicate the training information in an effective way for that group.

What You’ll Need

Certificate IV Training and Assessment.

Solid experience as a Technical Trainer delivering training information to Plant Mechanics. Equipment covered- Excavators, Loaders, Dozers, Dump Trucks etc.

Sharp skills and a keenness to continue learning.

Strong computer skills with excellent communication ability.

Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency — Essential.

Drivers license - Essential.
