About the Role

As Location Manager, you’ll lead from the front—setting the standard for session delivery, championing our community culture, and helping both members and trainers achieve their goals. You’ll work directly with the business owner, receiving support where you need it and space to shape the role as your own.

Your core responsibilities will include:

· Driving a high-performance culture through exceptional session delivery and product knowledge.

· Growing and nurturing our member base through local area marketing and community engagement.

· Leading a close-knit team of trainers with confidence, support, and passion.

· Managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring every member touchpoint reflects our high standards.

About You

You’re a natural leader with a passion for people, fitness, and progress—both your own and others’. You thrive in a team setting, love delivering impactful training sessions, and understand how to balance the energy of the gym floor with the structure of operations.

Your Skills & Experience:

· Cert III & IV in Fitness (essential)

· Current First Aid & CPR

· Previous experience in personal and/or group training

· Proven leadership skills in a fitness or customer-facing environment

· Strong sales, marketing, and community engagement skills

· An eye for social media and local promotions

· A proactive, positive, and professional attitude
