About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to process incoming sales orders into our order management system with speed and accuracy. You'll be working within a friendly, close-knit team, supporting the wider business in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Entering a high volume of incoming sales orders in a timely and accurate manner
Processing orders for hot water units, heaters, air conditioning units, and related products
Liaising with internal departments when needed to ensure customer specifications are met
Assisting with general customer enquiries regarding order status, if required
Collaborating closely with team members to meet daily targets

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in high-volume data entry or a similar sales order processing role
• Exceptional attention to detail with a knack for spotting errors
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Prior experience in a fast-paced office or customer service environment is desirable
