Description

Perform daily administrative tasks including data entry, order processing, and inventory tracking

Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Handle customer service inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner

Maintain accurate records of stock movements and warehouse documentation

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (if licensed)

Support general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and dispatching orders

Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures at all times

Profile

Previous experience in a similar administrative or warehouse role

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory systems

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A current forklift license.

High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
