Position Summary

The Client Liaison and Training Coordinator is a key player in upholding Agsafe's commitment to delivering crucial training for the AgVet chemical retailer and supply chain sector. The primary focus is to actively engage and enrol members in relevant training programs, guide them through the Agsafe training process, and ensure strict compliance with safety standards for AgVet chemicals throughout the supply chain. This central role encompasses coordinating various training formats, overseeing training-related data in a central CRM, organising invoicing, issuing training certificates, and fostering effective communication with members across all organisational levels.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with external stakeholders to provide a range of training options, including face-to-face courses, online webinars, and in-house training.

Customise training programs and ensure timely scheduling of training sessions, considering member preferences and operational constraints.

Take ownership of new processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Regularly update training resources, communication templates, systems, and processes.

Cultivate strong relationships with members to encourage commitment to Agsafe training initiatives.

Coordinate training sessions with Agsafe Trainers, in a variety of training formats: face-to-face, online webinars, and in-house sessions.

Oversee the coordination and maintenance of a central database containing member training records.

Be the central point of contact for member enquiries related to training and provide regular updates on training schedules, changes, and pertinent industry updates.

Gather feedback from members to continually enhance and improve training programs.
