Stone Gungahlin is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and highly organised individual to join us as a Client Services Manager, working directly alongside one of our leading sales agents, Jess Doolan.
This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in real estate, particularly in client relations, marketing coordination, and team support. You will play a critical part in ensuring every client feels supported throughout their buying or selling journey—delivering a seamless, professional, and high-quality experience from start to finish.
The successful applicant must:

Have a desire to help people purchase their new home.
Duties include attending and organising photo-shoots, working exclusively with buyers and sellers, conducting open homes, maintaining buyers database, completing advertising briefs, letter-box drops, secure buyer offers, complete contracts and administration support.
You must demonstrate a proactive approach to your work, be well presented, possess strong communication skills and be able to work unsupervised.
