About the Role

This role will be responsible for a medium large scale software development project within the CRM space. Demonstrable experience of CRM systems, and strong understanding of Agile methodologies is essential, as well as experience in traditional project management principles and practices for projects that may require a hybrid approach. See below a summary of some of the key responsibilities:

Manage Application and Infrastructure projects on a day-to-day basis using either Agile or Waterfall methodology to deliver the project.

Work with all stakeholders to ensure the scope supports the delivery of defined outcomes for the project.

Create and manage the project/programme artifacts, including to not limited to: PID, Communication Plan, schedule, budget tracking, and RAID and Change Registers.

Manage, monitor, and control all project activities in accordance with the contractual arrangements, as well as any related functional, operational, or legal requirements.

Reporting to the Adasa project governance and senior management on project status.

Supporting the wider Adasa team with mentoring of delivery best practice.

Supporting any wider Adasa pre-sales activity.

This role is based in Parramatta/Sydney. You will be instrumental in supporting Adasa’s growth in NSW. Your occasional involvement in business development tasks such as participating in tenders and proposals to clients, conducting presentations or client education activities will be required.

You are a senior strategic leader with extensive experience in partnering with clients to develop and implement software development projects. A dynamic people person capable of driving medium-large projects within complex organisations. You have a creative approach to problem-solving and focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view.

Requirements

Extensive experience in IT Project Management.

Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Demonstrable experience in managing CRM implementation projects.

Demonstrable experience in managing projects both using waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.

Demonstrable experience in working with partners to deliver services and projects.

Significant experience in Professional Services.
