Site Supervisor – Construction & Roofing
Location: Greenbushes, WA (DIDO)
Roster: 2:1 | Dayshift Only
Rate: $90/hr Flat | 77 Paid Hours/Week
Duration: 4–6 Months (Potential for Ongoing Work)

C.E.M. Alliance is currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a DIDO construction and cladding project based in South-West WA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established team working on a high-profile site, with camp accommodation provided and the potential for continued work upon project completion.

Start: ASAP

Roster: 2:1 – Drive-in/Drive-out (Greenbushes)

Hours: 10 hours worked per day + 1 hour paid travel (approx. 5–10 minutes via site bus)

Accommodation: Camp provided

Rate: $90 per hour flat | 77 hours/week paid

Duration: 4–6 months, with potential for ongoing work

Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations across cladding, roofing, and general construction scopes

Schedule and coordinate work activities, guiding trades and crews

Conduct Tool Box Talks and Safety Meetings

Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates

Identify and resolve issues proactively to ensure project milestones are met

Requirements

Trade-qualified (e.g., Carpenter, Roof Plumber, Roofer)

Demonstrated supervisory experience on roofing/cladding projects (flashings, sheeting, edging, etc.)

WA Statutory Supervisor – Section 26 (or S44 progressing to S26)

White/Blue Card

Working at Heights (completed within the last 2 years)

High Risk Work Licence – EWP

Full Australian working rights

Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical and LABDAS

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
