2XM Recruit are currently seeking experienced Civil Supervisors for an exciting opportunity with a market leader in the Mining & Civils space.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company who lead the way within the Civils & Earthworks space.

Must have requirements:

• Trade qualifed backround (Carpentry Preferred)
• Must have minimum 5+ years Supervisor experience with earthmoving equipment, construction methods, and safety standards.
• Must be able to read drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Proficiency in using construction software, MS Office, and reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Rio Tinto Projects (RIO INDUCTED)
• Experience in quoting jobs and tendering is preferred
