THE ROLE

As a Manager within the Business Services team, you’ll be hands-on with client work while leading and mentoring a motivated group of accountants. Day-to-day you’ll:

Oversee the compliance needs of a portfolio of active business clients

Manage client engagements and deliver practical, commercial advice

Build and nurture strong client relationships

Manage workflow, delegate tasks, and keep productivity on track

Mentor and support junior team members

Contribute to business development initiatives and operational improvements

YOUR SKILLS

Prior experience managing clients and staff

CA/CPA qualified preferred but not essential

Strong technical knowledge across tax and compliance

Commercial problem-solving ability with a proactive mindset
