A current agent’s representative certificate or Cert IV.

Understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act.

Previous property management experience.

A current driver’s licence and a reliable car.

A desire to build strong relationships with your clients, your team, and other key stakeholders.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

What would be ideal, but not a deal breaker:

Experience with PropertyMe and other market leading software programs.

Preparing and presenting at VCAT.

Sound knowledge of the legislation changes including compliance.
