About the Role

Core Talent are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of civil, and construction works on an operational mine site. You'll lead site teams, manage contractors, and ensure performance against scope, budget, and safety KPIs. This is a FIFO position from Perth on in initial 6-month contract with the opportunity to extend.

Duties

• Lead end-to-end delivery of civil and earthworks projects
• Manage scopes, budgets, schedules, and key project KPIs
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and asset deployment
• Track progress using project software and deliver reports
• Oversee procurement, contracts, claims, and cost control
• Conduct HSEQ audits and drive compliance on-site
• Direct mobilisation, execution, and demobilisation activities
• Support tender strategy and business development initiatives

Skills & Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Construction or Project Management
• Schedule 26 (or currently completing) and White Card
• Civil and mining infrastructure project experience essential
• Strong financial, contract, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communicator with team-first leadership style
• Solid knowledge of MSIA and OHS Acts and Regulations
