🛠 The Role

FIFO role on a flexible roster with time in our Perth HQ when not on site. You’ll manage a range of electrical and communications projects.

You’ll report directly to our Managing Directors and Project Director so you’ll always have support—but you’ll need the experience and confidence to own your space, make decisions, and bring projects across the line safely, efficiently, and professionally.

You’ll be responsible for working with our estimating team during tender evaluation, client engagement, team / project management and on-site delivery.

👷 What You’ll Be Doing

Overseeing full-cycle delivery of electrical and communications projects

Leading teams of electricians and subcontractors on-site

Planning project works, allocating resources, and keeping schedules tight

Managing procurement, variations, and progress claims

Ensuring site safety, HSE compliance, and quality standards

Building rapport with clients and stakeholders

Quoting and tendering (with support from our estimating team)

🧠 What You Bring

5+ years in electrical project management (ideally mining/industrial)

Experience quoting and managing jobs up to $5M

Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills

Strong financial awareness—cost control, forecasting, reporting

Practical understanding of HSEQ and risk management

Confident with MS Office and Microsoft Project

Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused

Essential:

WA Electrical Licence

C-Class Driver’s Licence

White Card or Blue Card

Bonus (but not a deal-breaker):

Diploma or Cert III in Project Management

S26 WHS Qualifications

LV Rescue, CPR, First Aid
