Ronald McDonald House Charities Sydney support rural and regional families of sick and injured children being treated at Sydney Childrens Hospital in Randwick.

We are looking for a warm, welcoming person who has strong administration skills to join our Guest Services team in Randwick.

The responsibilities of the role are, but not limited to:

Being a warm, friendly face for our families, volunteers, other visitors to the House.

Taking accommodation bookings and supporting all aspects of administration for families, prior to and on arrival.

Developing an understanding of IPTAAS processes and practices, including invoicing.

Accepting donations and completing QR codes forms.

Managing stock & ordering in a timely manner.

Escorting contractors.

Ensuring that rooms checking out are cleaned thoroughly by contract cleaner and complete inspections before families arrive, ensuring specific family needs are catered for.

Conduct monthly room inspections with the facilities coordinator.

Support and guide volunteer tasks and working bees as required.

Some general cleaning of communal areas as required.

Support training of casual GSO’s as required.
