A job to be proud of:

We are currently seeking experienced Client Relations Officer to work in our Training & Equipment Team in the Lower South Region based in our Albany Office on a permanent part time basis working total of 18.75 hours per week. You will be tasked to foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, focusing on end-to-end support of training and equipment services across the region.

This opportunity will suit an individual who has demonstrated experience in maintaining customer relationships and has a commitment to excellent customer service. As part of this role, you will need to be a self-starter and have excellent customer service skills to be successful.

What you’ll do:

  • Meet financial targets through the coordination of private first aid training classes and onsite first aid kit servicing.
  • Provide service quotations to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide advice and recommendations on most suitable service selections that align with their requirements.
  • Engage with existing clients to provide additional information on other available offerings.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new clients.
  • Maintain communication with clients gathering feedback and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed of market trends to anticipate customer needs.

What you’ll need:

  • Background in corporate, health, training or commercial based sectors.
  • Knowledge of systems, tools and process within the ambit of this position.
  • Good problem solving and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution techniques to address client concerns.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to navigate changing priorities.
  • Dedication to ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Two years of experience required in similar role, such as Customer Support Officer, Client Engagement Officer or Customer Relations Officer.
  • Certificate III in Business Administration is desirable.
