About the Role
As a Client Service Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless client experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to financial advisers and clients.
Managing client inquiries and ensuring timely responses.
Preparing and processing financial documentation.
Coordinating appointments and maintaining client records.
Liaising with financial institutions and stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
About You
To excel in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 3 years experience in financial planning, banking, or a related industry
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.
Proficiency in Xplan financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive and client-centric approach to service delivery.
