WHAT'S ON OFFER:
As part of their continued success and growth, the builder is seeking a Project Manager to join their team.

• Lead the delivery of some of Melbourne’s most luxurious residential homes, ranging from $10M to $50M+
• Work alongside industry-leading directors, architects, and consultants, driving the success of prestigious projects
• Join a well-resourced, structured business with a clear pipeline of work and long-term growth opportunities
• Attractive salary of up to $200K, based on experience, with potential for bonuses and additional benefits

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• A degree in Construction Management (or a related field), and/or significant experience managing ultra-high-end residential one-off homes from $ 10M+ onwards.
• Strong knowledge of luxury finishes, program management, and budget control
• Proficiency with construction software such as Procore, MS Project, or similar
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage high-performing teams and key stakeholders
• Full Australian working rights and a current driver’s licence
