The Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Admin Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone with experience in financial administration who enjoys working in a supportive and friendly environment. Flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts payable and receivable processing
Payroll and employee record maintenance
Preparation and lodging Activity Statements
Bank account reconciliation and reporting
Liaise with team members and support project-based tasks as needed
What You’ll Bring
Prior experience in a finance/accounts role
Proficiency in accounting systems (Xero, MYOB or similar) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Experience with a job management software (WorkflowMax or similar)
Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential financial data
