Based in Helensvale, a privately owned construction company that complete project work mostly for Dept of Education and local government. Common projects include but are not limited to, new amenities, refurbishments of school blocks, park & shelter upgrades, pathways and undercover areas

About the role
Mainly office based, The role of Project Manager is to support construction project staff and Site Supervisors, by ensuring information, materials and other resources are provided to the project in a timely, cost effective manner that allows for effective planning and efficient construction

Key Responsibilities for the role
* Receive and process invitations to tender
* Undertake review of tender documents and submission
* Finalise design requirements and building approval
* Collaborate, co-ordinate and liaise with Subcontractors, Supervisor and accounts department
* Attend on site start up meetings

Skills & experience
* At least 2 - 5 years' experience in a similar role
* At least 2 - 5 years experience in a Supervisory role
* Estimating experience on jobs ranging from $50,000 - $1 million
* Certificate IV in Construction
* Certificate III in Carpentry
* Understanding of relevant legislation, regulations and protocols with regard to construction, building and health a safety

Benefits
Salary on offer of $130k Plus Super plus vehicle allowance of $150 per week (conditions apply), $15 per week phone allowance. Monday to Friday 7.30 am - 4 pm
