Your New Role

As a Project Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of coordinating vital social housing projects, supported by an approachable and supportive Contract Manager. This dynamic role offers diverse challenges daily, helping you build valuable skills in administration, customer service, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound and outbound customer calls, delivering tailored solutions
• Schedule contractors to ensure timely project completion
• Update customers and contractors with clear and consistent communication
• Process invoices to finalise completed jobs
• Coordinate maintenance schedules for smooth project timelines
• Assist with administrative duties such as managing documentation and filing systems

About You
