We’re looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our collaborative, in-house team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Toowoomba office.

Whether you’re early in your career or bringing years of experience, this role offers the chance to work with major brands and be part of a creative, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

Create and manage high-quality content across websites, print, social media, email marketing, and blogs

Work directly with clients to plan, deliver, and refine content strategies

Collaborate with our in-house team of marketing strategists, content specialists, designers, and digital marketers

Bring fresh ideas and creativity to every project

Contribute to a culture that values initiative, innovation, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

A degree in communications (or a closely related discipline) is essential

Strong writing and editing skills (essential)

Agricultural experience nonessential but strongly preferred

A passion for storytelling and content creation

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting information to internal stakeholders, passionate about staying updated with news and trends in digital and social media

Qualifications

Strong professional writing and editing experience with excellent attention to detail and the ability to convey complex information

A Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.

An agricultural/cropping background would be a great advantage to us

This role will be based out of our Toowoomba office.
