The Health Campaigns Marketing Specialist position is based in our Milton office.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager – Marketing & Communications, the Health Campaigns Marketing Specialist will lead the delivery and evaluation of omni-channel health promotion campaigns that lift consumer health literacy, drive behaviour change and strengthen our brand. From automated email journeys to traditional media, you will manage campaign execution – helping to build compelling resources that reach diverse audiences, including First Nations communities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Health campaign management- Manage project plans, budget expenditure and timelines; brief external agencies and work with cross-functional teams; ensure all milestones and KPIs are met.
- Creative & content production – Work with internal and external stakeholders to create on-brand campaign assets including web copy, digital ads, email sequences, fact sheets, video scripts, print collateral.
- Digital engagement & automation – Work with the Marketing Automation Specialist to manage email communications and to design segmented, data-driven email journeys in Otto. Work with the Digital Marketing Specialist to optimise landing pages for conversion and accessibility.
- Data, insight & reporting - Track campaign performance across platforms and make recommendations where needed to continuously improve campaign results; create post-campaign reports with actionable learnings.
About you
We are seeking a highly motivated marketing specialist with experience in executing omni-channel marketing campaigns.
Essential skills and attributes include:
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or related discipline.
- Five years in marketing or campaign specialist role; health or not-for-profit exposure highly regarded.
- Demonstrated success delivering omni-channel campaigns that increase awareness, leads or conversions.
- Campaign management experience, with proven capability to manage priorities, budgets and deadlines.
- Experience with marketing-automation platforms (e.g. Ortto, Campaign Monitor).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to bring internal teams and external agencies on the journey.
- Experience using data to improve marketing results
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM
- Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite would be highly regarded
