About the Role

A newly vacant opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality, Regulatory & Compliance Manager to step into a national leadership role within a growing medical organisation. Reporting to a key member of the executive team, this role leads the organisation’s compliance obligations across multiple state and federal regulatory bodies, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
You’ll play a pivotal part in managing risk registers, preparing for key external accreditations, interpreting complex legislation, and acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders and government health departments. This is a hands-on leadership role, working closely with an experienced compliance officer and interfacing regularly with senior leaders across the country.

About You

• Proven background in regulatory compliance within a highly regulated industry, ideally with a health or medical focus
• Confident in interpreting and applying legislation across multiple jurisdictions
• Experienced in managing or preparing for external audits/accreditations
• Practical problem-solver with strong attention to detail and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach
• Comfortable working onsite in a corporate head office environment, with the ability to build relationships across functions and states
• Skilled at reviewing and streamlining systems, policies and procedures for effectiveness and efficiency
