ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Jewellery Group is a high-growth, Australian company and we have upcoming opportunities for permanent, full-time Managers based in Perth northern suburbs.

As a Sales Professional in our brand you'll be responsible for helping Mazzucchellis achieve its vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
You'll be responsible for leading a team focused on values and performance as we create a seamless end to end employment experience for our people.

As our world-class Sales Leader, you will oversee areas such as strategic client management, organizational capability, personal sales growth and annual clientele build, clever communications and week to week planning. You will be responsible for making sure the famous Mazzucchelli's Sales Framework is executed on our store floor with confidence and joy. You will be passionate about ensuring the Mazzucchelli's expereince is delivered out ther to every Perth customer.

Whilst you are working with other Sales Professionals in our incredible FLAGSHIP location.

Key Focus Areas will include:

Deliver the best jewelry purchasing expereince in Australia

Lead a sales floor and grow in a healthy performance-based culture

Maximizing individual client build- a "business within a business"

Understand annual targets implement brand strategies

Positively contribute and become an advocate for Mazzucchellis Brand Values

You will have a desire to be the best in the market at what you do. At 125 years young, our Mazzucchelli's stores are just getting started.
