The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Estimator to join our team at our Victorian head office. You’ll be responsible for preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and handling variations for both standard and custom residential builds.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about numbers, accuracy, and contributing to a high-performing construction team. Experience with estimating software is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates, take-offs, and bills of quantities from plans and specifications

Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to source and update pricing

Manage pre-construction and post-contract variations

Assist in cost planning and value engineering for new and existing designs

Work closely with internal teams including sales, design, contracts, and construction to ensure project alignment

Identify and monitor cost efficiencies throughout the lifecycle of each job

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Estimator in residential construction

Strong knowledge of construction processes and residential building codes

High proficiency in Excel and strong numeracy skills

Experience with estimating software (preferred but not essential)

Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and time management

Strong communication and collaboration skills
