Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter with expertise in framing, lock-up, and fix stages of high-end residential builds. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute carpentry tasks including framing, lock-up, and fix stages in high-end residential projects.

Collaborate effectively with the construction team to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Interpret and work from architectural drawings and specifications.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements:

Proven experience in carpentry, specifically in framing, lock-up, and fix stages of high-end residential construction.

Possession of personal tools necessary for the role.

Valid driver's license and reliable transport.

Strong understanding of construction techniques and safety standards.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
