CONVOY, Moonee Ponds – Chef

YOLK.GROUP - the team behind much loved venues Terror Twilight, Tinker Northcote & Ophelia Westgarth have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Cafe Chef to join our team in one of Melbourne's biggest destination venues Convoy, Moonee Ponds.

Recently ranked #1 Cafe in Melbourne by Timeout, we pride ourselves on creative, well executed dishes and stand out service. The right person will be experienced and passionate with a strong work ethic and the ability to lead and be part of a team to deliver the ultimate customer experience.

Location – 109 Pascoe Vale road, Moonee Ponds.

Position - Casual rate (full time hours), 4-5 days per week (weekend availability required)

This role would be suitable for an experienced commis chef or chef de partie

Has at least two years experience in a similar fast-paced kitchen role.

Works well under pressure and thrives in a busy service.

Has strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.

Is technically proficient in all areas of kitchen operation.

Has passion for creating the ultimate customer experience.

Upholds food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
