About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing the grill section during service, preparing and cooking high-quality proteins to spec, and ensuring all dishes meet our standard of quality and presentation. We're a high-volume venue, so a cool head under pressure and solid time management skills are essential.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience working on a grill or in a fast-paced kitchen

Ability to cook meats to temperature with confidence and consistency

Good communication skills and a team-first attitude

Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

Punctual, reliable, and professional in attitude and appearance
