At SAS SIGNAGE we are seeking a dedicated STOREMAN to join our staff in ACACIA RIDGE(QLD) on a full-time basis 7:30 am - 4:00pm

Duties & tasks:

· Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, and shipping

· Lead, train, and inspire a team of warehouse associates

· Monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement

· Ensure safety standards and compliance are always met

· Proven hands-on experience and willingness to assist team members on the floor when needed

· Experience with all facets of warehouse operations - receiving, dispatch, shipping, stock control and data management.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Engaging and team-oriented approach to staff management

· Lead, train, and inspire a team of warehouse associates

· Monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement

· Ensure safety standards and compliance are always met

Requirements & attributes:

· At least 5 years of warehousing experience

· 3 years of management or supervisory experience within a warehousing or logistics environment

· Proven hands-on experience and willingness to assist team members on the floor.

· Experience with all facets of warehouse operations - receiving, dispatch, shipping, stock control and data management.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Forklift license, REACH AND COUNTERBALANCE experience
