ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and play a crucial role in our operations. Based in Richlands, you'll be instrumental in managing the flow of inventory from our warehouse to our clients.

Key Accountabilities

Provide Supervision of the inbound Wharf Cartage and Warehouse function for Richlands Site

Actively plan inbound and outbound activity and provide operational execution to ensure safety, customer service excellence and least cost service provision

Provide leadership to operational team members

Maintain regular and effective consultation with key stakeholders

Coordinate direct reports and staff to optimise the use of human, material resources to achieve goals and resolve conflicts between areas of responsibility

Active management of costs to identify opportunities for savings

Coordinate the maintenance of the facility and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety

Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the Organisations mission & goals.

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE

Suitable qualifications in Warehouse Operations such as LEAN

Certificate in logistics, warehousing or similar

Computer literate including demonstrated Microsoft Excel skills

ability to work under tight deadlines and possess strong communication skills
