About the role

We are a pharmaceutical manufacturer seeking a full-time Storage & Distribution Supervisor.

The Storage & Distribution Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the storage and distribution operations for Epsilon Pharma. The Storage & Distribution Supervisor must maintain warehouse safety and security programs and activities. The role is responsible for liaising with other departments to ensure stock levels of raw materials and consumables are maintained, ordered, and ready for use when required by operations.

Exciting opportunities currently exist for an enthusiastic Storage & Distribution Supervisor to join our Southport team full time, Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm.

Duties include:

High level of attention to Work, Health and Safety obligations is required.

Follow relevant SOP’s, WI’s and regulatory guidelines.

Observe all GMP, safety and company policies and procedures.

Respond to customers' or shippers' questions and complaints.

Developing standard operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, shipping.

Regular stocktaking and warehouse duties that comply with Good Warehousing Practices.

Ensure compliance with TGA, ODC and QLD Health regulations.

Positive approach to change.

Assist in audits to ensure compliance.

The ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Well-developed skills in the use of Office suite applications with the ability to learn new applications.

Knowledge of TGA and other Regulatory authorities regarding storage and distribution.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to apply knowledge in a practical and professional manner.

Accomplish objectives timeously.

Have a positive attitude.

Must have Organisational and time management skills.

Must be physically fit to load product in packages up to 20kg.

Must have Forklift license.

Experience in a GMP environment

Experience in a similar role where distribution and warehousing is involved.
