Woods & Co has partnered with a fast-growing, premium commercial law firm with national reach, seeking a confident and driven Litigation Associate to join their Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team in Bondi Junction.

What you’ll be doing:

• Represent clients in commercial disputes (contracts, shareholder disputes, torts, etc.)
• Develop and execute litigation strategies across Supreme and Federal Court matters
• Advise on insolvency matters including liquidation, administration, and restructuring
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, petitions, and strategic advice
• Provide commercial and practical advice to clients including creditors and debtors
• Manage a diverse caseload and maintain strong client relationships
• Appear or instruct in court proceedings as required
• Mentor junior associates and participate in internal knowledge sharing

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years PAE in commercial litigation and insolvency law
• Admitted to practice in NSW and Federal Courts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and solid time management
• Ability to handle multiple matters in a fast-paced legal environment
• Strong legal research and analysis skills
• Professional, collaborative, and client-focused approach
• Experience using legal tech and document management platforms (Actionstep, LexisNexis, etc.)
