Your new role:
We're looking for a Senior Project Officer to support the delivery of strategic and commercial education projects, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure outcomes are met on time and to a high standard. This is a 12-month contract, paying $76.50 P/H + Super with options to work out of various office locations in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the delivery of strategic and commercial projects from planning through to implementation.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure project alignment and success
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
• Lead and contribute to project meetings, preparing agendas, reports, and tracking action items.
• Use project management systems to track milestones and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide clear, concise documentation including business cases, reports, and briefing papers.

• Strong project management and planning skills, with the ability to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging a range of stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
