Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Safety Advisor to support our leaders and teams across 20 retail, trade, and production sites. This is more than a compliance role—it’s your chance to lead from the front and influence a positive safety culture across a growing and dynamic business.
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you’ll work closely with site managers and frontline teams to embed best-practice safety standards and ensure compliance with WHS legislation.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide on-site safety leadership and coaching to site managers and teams
Monitor and drive compliance with WHS legislation, policies, and procedures
Ensure all documentation and systems meet legal and business requirements
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
Lead investigations into incidents and implement corrective actions
Support early intervention and injury management, including Return to Work coordination
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement in safety
What You’ll Bring
Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety (or higher)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a WHS role (ideally in retail, trade, or manufacturing)
Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and systems
Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence all levels of the business
High attention to detail, strong integrity, and a values-led approach
ICAM qualification (desirable)
Current First Aid & CPR certification
